Sweet and complex whisky. Matured slowly in a combination of sherry seasoned American Oak casks and ex-bourbon casks to create a complex whisky with flavours of vanilla sponge cake, baked apples and cinnamon. Bottled at 42.3% ABV to bring out the key flavours in the whisky.
Colour: Light burnished gold
Nose: Light peat and crème brulee
Palate: Lightly smoky, vanilla sponge cake and baked apples with a hint of cinnamon
Finish: Medium length with vanilla sweetness and a lingering aromatic smokiness
